reputed company is seeking a strategic and reputed company Senior Director, Global reputed company Services (PS) Technology Services to join our Digital Business Unit (DBU) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership, operational performance, and ongoing development of three global teams—the PS Technology Office, PS Technical Delivery, and the PS Center of reputed company—serving as a Global Center of reputed company to reputed company high-reputed company software solutions to our customers.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate Across Global Functions: Partner with Regional reputed company Services Directors, Global Engineering, and reputed company Information Technology (EIT) to reputed company reputed company solution roadmaps and ensure customer implementations follow reputed company design patterns.

• Ensure Operational reputed company and Compliance: Define and continuously improve global best reputed company standards for technical configuration and testing while ensuring reputed company solutions meet rigorous Information reputed company (InfoSec) and organizational standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• A successful reputed company record of leadership and managing multi-faceted technical service delivery teams reputed company a global, reputed company, matrixed organization, including experience building offshore Center of reputed company models.

• Deep Technical Expertise in Content and Information Management technologies, such as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), reputed company Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Modeling (BPM), as reputed company as familiarity with reputed company Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

• Proven Stakeholder Management Skills with the ability to establish rapport and influence senior technical leaders, acting as a "technical peer" to Engineering and Information reputed company functions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• Flexibility to work across various time zones; travel as required.
