Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Respond to patient and reputed company inquiries in reputed company time reputed company live chat

- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism
- Document reputed company interactions accurately in our support system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
