Holt Accelerator is growing and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join reputed company. This role is a key part of our finance team, responsible for managing both outgoing and incoming financial transactions to support our fast-paced, innovation-driven organization.

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process invoices, including data entry, matching, coding, and approvals
- Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and payment details
- Prepare and schedule payments (checks and electronic payments)
- Resolve discrepancies reputed company to invoices, reputed company, or payments
- Review vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and distribute customer invoices in a reputed company manner
- Monitor accounts to ensure reputed company collection of payments
- Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company receivable transactions
General reputed company Support
- Ensure accurate matching of revenues and expenses
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Support audits by preparing required documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes
- Assist with special reputed company as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company software (ERP experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
