Senior Director, Provider Experience

About the role:

The Senior Director of Provider Experience is a strategic role responsible for deeply understanding the provider experience and then developing and executing a roadmap of cross-functional initiatives. This high-performing leader is a curious and analytical doer, and will work in a fast-paced environment to influence key partners to deliver impactful reputed company.

Work Location: This is a remote position, reputed company to candidates who reputed company in: Atlanta, reputed company. Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role is: $196,732- $258,211 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with SMEs and functional leaders across reputed company to understand problems impacting providers and drive alignment around the broader strategic reputed company.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or commensurate 4 years of experience
• 15+ years experience, with 10+ of those years in reputed company consulting or a strategic role in the reputed company industry
• 7+ years experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level
• 5+ years experience defining and deploying strategies for organizations at reputed company level
