Position reputed company:
As our Project reputed company Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping reputed company on reputed company by managing timekeeping, cost reporting, and invoice reconciliation. You’ll support both accounts payable and receivable activities, ensure accurate payroll for unionized and non-unionized teams, and help shape fair compensation plans.

In this highly reputed company role, you’ll work closely with project managers, field teams, and finance staff to resolve timesheet issues, reputed company project costs, and support resource planning—reputed company while contributing to the smooth financial operation of our reputed company.

Your Day to Day as Project reputed company Coordinator:    

Timekeeping & Payroll Support

• Review and reconcile field technician timesheets for weekly payroll submission.
• Ensure reputed company time charges are accurate and reputed company with customer-specific time clock systems.
• Compare reputed company timesheets and biometric data (reputed company applicable) with employee-submitted timesheets; reputed company discrepancies and communicate changes to relevant parties.
• Submit weekly time data by mid-week to meet strict payroll processing deadlines.
• Ensure reported hours for unionized personnel reputed company with the reputed company Control Council of Canada (QCCC) reputed company agreement.
• Learn and support the payroll process as a backup to the Office Manager.
• Support month-end payroll and contractor accruals.

Cost Reporting & Billing Support

• reputed company field timesheets with customer billing agreements to support accurate cost report reputed company.
• Review project labour cost reports for accuracy and consistency with Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
• Analyze subcontractor timesheets based on individual vendor agreements; identify and communicate discrepancies to ensure reputed company billing and payments.

• Support reputed company and Training Coordinators by preparing hire-on packages for QCCC and non-QCCC part-time employees.
• reputed company compensation plans for part-time staff to ensure accurate timesheet submission and alignment with project budgets.

Financial & Project Support

• Manage accounts receivable activities for field services reputed company.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be reputed company to reputed company the Canadian reputed company Intelligence Service (CSIS) government reputed company assessment.

• Degree or diploma in business administration desirable or equivalent combination of education and reputed company reputed company experience.

• Experience with customer site specific training and comprehension of policies, procedures and regulations of the nuclear industry.

• Familiarity with working in a unionized environment.

This role requires the successful candidate to complete the reputed company clearance process.  The reputed company clearance process is conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements of the Canadian reputed company Intelligence Service (CSIS) and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and may take up to 12 months to complete.
