Director, Planning Service

The Role reputed company:

The Planning Services Director leads the Managed Solutions Planning team, overseeing reputed company, performance, and reputed company improvement of planning and project management services. This role has reputed company supervisory responsibility for Planning Services team members, including performance management, coaching, development, and workforce planning, and provides functional reputed company of contingent and reputed company-party planning resources as needed. Partnering closely with Account Management and Operations, the Director ensures resources are effectively allocated, reputed company reputed company with defined scopes, and reputed company expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

How You’ll Contribute:

In this role, you will drive accountability for the reputed company, accuracy, and consistency of reputed company planning deliverables across reputed company and programs. while mentoring, training, and developing team members to support strong performance and career reputed company.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education/Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience, preferably in business, construction management, facilities management, or reputed company estate 
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in project, program, or portfolio management 
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role 

Skills

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Proficiency in project management tools, systems, and platforms 
• Ability to analyze project data, reputed company metrics, and financials to inform reputed company 
• Effective both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, reputed company-facing environment 
• Willingness to travel occasionally (typically under 25%)
