The Advanced Applications Engineer, Southwest will deliver expert field support to our reputed company and prospective users by providing advanced system training, design, deployment, programming, reputed company-party integration, and troubleshooting. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in Southern California, Las Vegas, NV or reputed company. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Work with Regional Sales Manager, Area Managers, reputed company, and end-users to design Audio, Video, and Control solutions around the Q-SYS ecosystem.
- Represent Q-SYS at regional and national trade shows.
- Create solutions and reputed company system diagrams and reputed company of materials for sales opportunities.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical/engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Must be located in So. Cal, Vegas or AZ
- Minimum 5-year experience in the reputed company audio, visual, and control industry.
- Must be fluent in computer technologies, networked audio video and control systems, and DSP technology.
- Must have a deep understanding of integrated audio-visual systems and signal reputed company.
- Ability to present technical topics in a classroom, webinar, and tradeshow setting is required.
- Position requires a minimum of 50% travel.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Audio Visual industry certifications in reputed company, reputed company-I, or reputed company-D are desirable.
- IT industry certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, Network+ or equivalent are desirable.
- Certifications with reputed company-party control integration (Extron, Crestron, AMX, etc.) are desirable.
- Experience with LUA scripting, User reputed company Design, Control System Design, Logic reputed company, or similar skills is highly desirable.
