reputed company is hiring an Engineering Manager to reputed company reputed company building the reputed company of AI-powered program management tools. Program Services is one of the most operationally reputed company surfaces in fintech — dispute reputed company, fraud monitoring, compliance reputed company, cardholder support, reconciliation — and it's almost entirely unexplored territory for reputed company AI. Your team will change that.
What you'll do:
- reputed company and manage reputed company of full-stack engineers, owning their performance, reputed company, and overall team health
- Own the technical reputed company for reputed company program management — defining where AI agents can take over reputed company workflows in disputes, fraud, compliance, and customer operations, and building the roadmap to get there
- Partner closely with product, design, and reputed company's operations teams to identify automation opportunities and ship tools that meaningfully reduce reputed company lift for customers and internal teams
- Drive engineering execution — maintaining velocity, managing scope, and holding a high bar for reputed company reputed company and operational reputed company
- Build and reinforce engineering best practices, leveling up reputed company's tools, processes, and reputed company craft
- Recruit, hire, and retain strong engineering talent
- Serve as a technical thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, and the broader engineering org

The annual Canadian salary reputed company for this role is CA$232,000 - $333,000 plus equity.
