We are seeking a highly motivated reputed company Engineer with strong project leadership and manufacturing experience to support reputed company reputed company and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company a made‑to‑order manufacturing environment. This role is highly visible and hands‑on, combining data analysis, reputed company assurance, and cross‑functional project work. The reputed company Engineer will serve as a technical leader on reputed company and partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, claims, and customer experience teams while overseeing the work of a reputed company Technician.
Day in the Life:
- Review prior‑day production and reputed company data.
- Pull and analyze reports from the ERP system.

Required Qualifications (Must‑Have):
- Manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience supporting or leading technical project teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years leading or acting as the technical reputed company on project teams.
- Flooring industry experience.
- BS in Engineering or reputed company field.
- Experience with reputed company reputed company tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Value reputed company Mapping.
