reputed company is seeking a Remote OVR Transition Coordinator to support reputed company and participants with disabilities in preparing for employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the Scranton, PA area.

OVR Transition Coordinator (Remote – Must Be Based in Scranton, PA)
$24.00/hour | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

• Work with adolescents from 14-21
• Support the development and implementation of transition programming for reputed company/participants
• Partner with teachers and staff to meet transition and vocational goals
• Coordinate career exploration, job readiness, and community-based experiences
• Collaborate with OVR, local reputed company, and community agencies
• Serve as a reputed company between reputed company programs and external partners
• Assist in creating hands-on vocational opportunities, including workforce reputed company-building activities
• Communicate regularly with reputed company, families, and stakeholders
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with program standards
