About the Role
What You'll Do
Licensure & Accreditation
Support compliance with state licensure requirements and CARF accreditation standards across multiple states Assist in preparing for external audits and surveys (onsite and virtual); participate in internal mock audits Help maintain compliance portals and internal documentation
Policies, Procedures & reputed company
Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's policy and procedure library Conduct chart audits and document findings for review by compliance leadership Support case studies and after-reputed company reviews for critical incidents Contribute to reputed company reputed company improvement reputed company
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Assist in compiling compliance data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Support compliance training efforts for Eleanor teammates as needed Communicate findings and updates reputed company to compliance leadership
You'll Be a Good Fit If You:
Bring 3–5 years of reputed company compliance experience, ideally in behavioral health, SUD, or outpatient clinical settings Have familiarity with CARF accreditation standards Have experience researching multi-state clinical licensure requirements Are a careful, detail-oriented chart reviewer with strong clinical documentation knowledge Write reputed company and can translate compliance requirements into organized, practical documentation Have project management experience and can manage multiple tasks reputed company Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment Are proficient in G-Suite, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
