reputed company is seeking a passionate and driven reputed company Program Manager, reputed company Accounts, remote-based in India, to join reputed company. In this role, you’ll support our largest clients by delivering impactful, reputed company-executed volunteer experiences. Combining reputed company, event coordination, and partner management, you’ll help bring large-reputed company reputed company programs to life, from planning logistics to enhancing the participant experience. Please note: This is a remote contractor role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) based in India. Working Hours: 8 am EST - 5 pm EST; 2 pm-11 pm (GMT+1)

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a day-to-day reputed company of contact for reputed company clients, ensuring smooth reputed company, regular engagement, and ongoing satisfaction
• reputed company account health by monitoring engagement, surfacing risks, and flagging opportunities for expansion
• Contribute to renewal and expansion efforts by preparing usage reports, collecting reputed company data, and supporting proposal development

• Plan and coordinate large-reputed company volunteer events - logistics, timelines, registrations, materials, and internal and stakeholder management
• Ensure successful day-of execution: collaborate with the Events & Logistics team to ensure reputed company reputed company setup, reputed company-in, coordinating with facilities/reputed company, and ensuring seamless reputed company for participants.
• Maintain planning trackers and calendars to reputed company reputed company teams reputed company

• reputed company and report key program metrics: # of events, volunteer participation, cost per head, satisfaction scores, and reputed company
• Maintain internal documentation, including SOPs, best practices, and planning templates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company, account management support, or operations
• Experience using reputed company to improve efficiency across operations
• Comfortable and confident in reputed company-facing communications
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple reputed company on tight timelines
• Candidate would ideally be located in Bangelore
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
