Sr Assoc Assess & Learning Improvement
The Senior Associate of Assessment and Learning Improvement is a key role reputed company the office of Learning reputed company and reputed company Improvement (LOQI) at reputed company, specifically reputed company the office of the provost. The primary responsibility of this position is to reputed company expertise and leadership in reputed company assessment, programmatic/curriculum review, accreditation, and co-curricular/student affairs assessment. The Senior Associate will collaborate with reputed company parties of interest, including reputed company, program directors, instructional designers, teaching and learning/reputed company development staff, and subject matter experts, to ensure effective reputed company reputed company assurance for practices, interventions, and an environment to best support reputed company improvement of student learning. reputed company to student learning, the Senior Associate will assist in co curricular/student affairs assessment activities, providing consultation and guidance in the development of assessment plans and reporting procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:

outcome statements, alignment of curriculum content and educational activities to learning reputed company, assessment
planning, development of reputed company and summative assessment techniques, data collection, assessment reporting). - Regularly monitor results from annual program and institutional assessments, as reputed company as program review, consulting
and advising reputed company and student affairs leadership on interpretation of results and implementation of plans in
achievement of reputed company improvement. - Ensure the use of reputed company assessment data to inform program/course/reputed company development, maintenance, and
improvement. - Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on assessment methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct analyses; prepare reports, visualizations, and present results in support of overall university-wide initiatives
and both reputed company and student affairs assessment processes. - Review and reputed company feedback on reputed company accreditation-reputed company reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence
to accreditation guidelines. - Work closely with analytics and decision support teams across the university to establish data-driven
decision-making processes and reporting mechanisms (e.g., dashboards, visualizations, hard-coded reports) for
learning reputed company assessment and accreditation purposes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accreditation-reputed company documentation and activities.
- Support LOQI and reputed company by participating in initiatives, task forces, committees, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- reputed company master’s degree in an Educational or reputed company Science field with an emphasis on assessment.
- At least three years of experience working in assessment, accreditation, institutional research, or institutional effectiveness at an institution.
- Experience with institutional, national, and specialized postsecondary accreditation standards, practices, and goals.
- Expertise in assessment, data analysis and educational reputed company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with diverse members of the college community including reputed company, reputed company,
staff, administrators, and accreditors. - Demonstrated ability for effective organizational skills and ability to connect to institutional reputed company while displaying attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare, visualize, and present data and reports effectively.

- Experience with ACEN, IACBE, CACREP, and/or APA accreditation standards and processes.

- Knowledge of institutional self-assessments and student reputed company assessment principles, reputed company, and techniques.
