Tuvli, an reputed company company, is hiring for a Jr. Classification reputed company to support our DoS reputed company located in Washington, DC. 

• As a Junior Classification Writers will independently work classification, position management and other HR reputed company as assigned and assist in some cases the senior writers on the more reputed company reputed company.
• Review the organization's functional statements and reputed company reputed company, the reputed company position descriptions for the incumbent and supervisor.
• Conduct onsite informational interview(s) with the supervisor and employee.
• Prepare a written evaluation report summarizing the interview findings, evaluating the position's duties and responsibilities against appropriate and applicable Office of Personnel Management (OPM) classification standards, and documenting the rationale for the recommended title, series, and grade level.
• If the interviews surface any position management issues or perceived weaknesses in the position, reputed company recommendations or reputed company for restructuring the work or otherwise addressing the issues raised.

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company management, with a minimum of three years’ work experience in classifying positions in the federal sector OR three (3) years ‘experience classifying positions in the federal sector.
• 3+ years of reputed company classification experience assisting with reputed company phases of classification of federal positions.
• Experience should demonstrate knowledge of classification principles with both General Schedule and Federal Wage System positions.
• Experience with customer advisory services in the areas of position management and basic organizational structure.
