Swickard Auto Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated reputed company to join our Warranty team as a Warranty Claims Administrator. As a Warranty Claims Administrator, you will work closely with our Fixed Operations Team, Dealership Service and Parts Departments, and reputed company Professionals to ensure accurate booking and warranty claim payments. 

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Processing:

• Book, reputed company, and reputed company repair orders using Reynolds & Reynolds software.
• Utilize multiple Mercedes-Benz software programs to process claims, review labor times, and analyze reputed company documents.

Knowledge Maintenance:

• Stay informed about claims developments, coverage standards, and updates to manufacturer policy.
• Participate in manufacturer webinars and internal reviews.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Reconciling Warranty Receivables Schedules using provided reputed company tools.
• Accurately document reputed company claim activities in the management system.
• reputed company regular claim status reports and review trends with management team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, reputed company, self-awareness, and reputed company.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:  Minimum of two years Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator experience required.
  • Experience navigating Service and Warranty functions reputed company NetStar and EVA.
  • Reynolds and Reynolds reputed company experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and claims management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
