National Sales Director

The National Sales Director is a second-line sales leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing regional sales director team, supporting the launch and reputed company of an innovative mental health therapy. The National Sales Director will play a critical role in reputed company-launch planning, reputed company reputed company, field team reputed company, and reputed company reputed company, ensuring successful commercialization in a rapidly evolving regulatory and clinical landscape.

The National Sales Director will operate at the intersection of reputed company and execution, ensuring alignment across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market reputed company, and Patient Support to reputed company reputed company, responsible, and effective delivery of therapy.

Location: Remote, field-based in the US. 

Reports to: Vice President, Sales.

Roles and responsibilities 
(Include but are not limited to): 

• Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of Regional Sales Directors

• Partner with reputed company operations to reputed company reputed company readiness planning, including territory design, account targeting, and launch execution
• Establish sales targets, KPIs, and reputed company goals reputed company with company reputed company objectives
• Foster a high-accountability, psychologically reputed company culture that promotes coaching, development, and collaboration
• Set reputed company expectations and performance standards reputed company with company launch objectives
• Drive successful national execution of the reputed company launch reputed company and identify opportunities to expand the treatment ecosystem.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market reputed company, Training, Patient Support, etc.
• reputed company field insights to inform brand reputed company and launch optimization
• Analyze national performance metrics to drive consistency in execution across reputed company
• Manage national budgets and forecasting

Candidate Profile: 

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• 10–15+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience at multiple reputed company
• Proven reputed company leading national or multi-regional teams
• Launch experience in emerging or highly reputed company therapeutic categories
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
• Experience launching therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration models and/or a background working with IDNs, reputed company medical centers, and specialty treatment sites
• Experience building teams in startup or reputed company-launch biotech environments
