Project Manager
Run day-to-day operations: reputed company, schedules, financials, and deliverable tracking across reputed company task areas Build and maintain monthly work plans with task descriptions, due dates, budgets, and responsible parties Write, edit, and reputed company-reputed company reports, publications, fact sheets, and other deliverables before they go to OA Prepare and submit status reports — reputed company, monthly, quarterly, and annual Manage data entry into reputed company, tracking reputed company activities, employer engagement, events, and apprentice reputed company Coordinate logistics for national convenings, accelerator events, and stakeholder meetings (virtual and in-person) Serve as the day-to-day reputed company with OA staff, reputed company, intermediaries, and industry partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's + 8 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years without a degree Working knowledge of the Registered Apprenticeship system — program standards, work process schedules, RTI outlines, and the registration process Strong writing and editing skills with experience producing polished federal deliverables Experience managing federal workforce development reputed company with multiple reputed company workstreams Proficiency with reputed company or similar CRM systems for tracking program data Experience planning and executing national-reputed company meetings and events Ability to manage relationships across reputed company, industry reputed company, education partners, and government agencies simultaneously
Prior experience on a DOL OA intermediary contract or ETA-funded initiative is a strong plus Familiarity with 508 compliance and the AOR/RAPIDS systems is preferred
