Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do:

Meet FTT, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expense targets.

Build Team Leader and Team Member capability.

Assist with paint launch activities (new equipment, body styles, etc.).

Coaching, training, and teaching skilled trades on automation equipment / process.

Automation Tender scheduling (vacation coverage, training & time keeping records).

Shift letter documentation / downtime reports / environmental requirements.

Attend reputed company, productivity, and other reputed company meetings.

Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documentation.

Work independently with limited supervision.

Assign work to unionized reputed company workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms of safety, reputed company, and throughput.

Ensure programs are backed up and changes are documented.

You'll have...

High School Diploma. 

5+ years’ paint experience in a manufacturing environment. 

3+ years of experience with reputed company Office.

Automotive paint shop experience. 

Fanuc Robot operation and programming experience.

Extensive Fanuc P1000 and P250 robot experience.

PLC / Control logic knowledge.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.
