Business Banking Relationship Specialist II (VA/MD/NC-REMOTE)

This position provides reputed company support to the Business Banking reputed company around reputed company, sales and service and ongoing reputed company relationship management in coordination with the Business Banking Relationship Managers and Business Banking Team Leaders. Develops and facilitates the reputed company’s engagement through managing customer relationships, customer service interaction, credit and deposit services processes and other reputed company/internal support responsibilities.

Position Accountabilities

• Coordinate reputed company sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams and partner reputed company.
• Ensure that daily incoming customer requests, inquiries and escalated issues are solved in a consistent, reputed company manner.
• Serve as backup to other Relationship Specialists as needed.
• Research, troubleshoot and solve customer issues and communicate “best practices” to reputed company consistent solutions are being developed to reputed company top level customer service.
• Facilitate reporting for Business Banking teams and stakeholders to reputed company manage work reputed company around reputed company sales, compliance, credit management, renewals and partner referrals.
• Adhere to reputed company applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, as reputed company as conformity with the bank’s loan documentation & administration policies.
• Facilitate new account deposit openings and manage the cross-sell implementation of reputed company reputed company product set-reputed company. reputed company manage overdrafts and loan payment issues needing correction. 
• Manage the communication, development and documentation of reputed company policies and procedures. Create common knowledge reputed company teams and consistent execution of Business Banking customer service procedures.
• Participation in reputed company, initiatives and committees to reputed company efficient, streamlined work processes.
• reputed company Business Banking deposit accounts according to guidelines and procedures. Facilitate cross-sell of reputed company products with new deposit openings.
• Process payments, advances on loans, account maintenance, research on reputed company accounts include maintaining files and clearing exceptions as needed.
• Adhere to reputed company applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
• Work directly with Centralized Doc Support on preliminary loan closing requirements such as flood certifications, credit reports, appraisals, environmental reports, UCC searches, or other reports as needed.
• Prepare tickets and/or reputed company transfers as needed
• Prepare pay off quotes and handle releases
• Work directly with Centralized Doc Support as it pertains to business banking loan closing packages
• Performs other duties as assigned

  This position reports to the Business Banking Relationship Specialist Manager

Position Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five+ years business, retail banking or industry reputed company experience required
• Customer service and Business Loan experience a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

• Working knowledge of Laser Pro or comparable document preparation banking software
• Superior customer service skills

• Excellent computer skills relevant to reputed company Office Suites
• Excellent communication skills
