As a Director of reputed company (supply) reputed company, you will be responsible for supporting the reputed company planning and hiring results (both CDL and non-CDL drivers) for reputed company Zum yard locations. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the reputed company needs and training/reputed company resource needs for peak (back to school) and non-peak timeframe. You will also be working with the local safety and training teams to standardize as reputed company as maximize the training and certification process, and enhancing the reputed company reputed company experience. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations, Finance, reputed company, and HR stakeholders in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities

    • Requirements
  • Master's degree in statistics, HR, mathematics, economics, or MBA.
  • 10+ years of domain experience including experience leading a workforce planning team that works across partner sub teams. Familiarity solving problems/efforts with visible and not-yet-visible risks, roadblocks, constraints, including many that conflict with reputed company other.
  • Experience supporting and influencing senior executives.
  • Experience setting technical requirements for process automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expertise in deriving insights through data analysis, and practical knowledge and experience in inferential statistical application.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into the data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with a broad reputed company of audiences including senior business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
