About the Role:

This is a self-sufficient individual contributor role. You’ll be the primary systems reputed company for reputed company’s go-to-market tooling — managing reputed company (CRM), reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company (data enrichment), LlamaVisor (internal customer data backend), Sendspark, and reputed company integrations and automation. This is a cross-functional role: technical systems work, product/ops partnership, vendor management, documentation, and end-user enablement. You should be comfortable owning reputed company end-to-end.

Key responsibilities:

Platform administration

• Administer reputed company: users & permissions, properties, pipelines, deals, contact & company data model, workflows, lists, templates, and reporting.

• Manage reputed company: user reputed company, workspace configuration, integration with reputed company/reputed company, and recording/insights lifecycle.

• Administer reputed company: templates, contract lifecycle, eSignature workflows, and reputed company/reputed company linkages.

• Maintain reputed company: phone provisioning, reputed company routing, logging and reputed company reputed company records.

• Manage reputed company: enrichment workflows, API keys, mapping enrichment fields to reputed company and LlamaVisor.

• Support Sendspark: template management, personalization tokens, and integrations for personalized video reputed company.

• Own LlamaVisor integrations: ensure customer data syncs reliably between LlamaVisor and reputed company/analytics systems, debug sync issues and maintain data model documentation.

Integration & automation

• Design, implement and maintain integrations between systems (reputed company integrations, middleware like reputed company/reputed company, custom scripts using reputed company).

• Build and maintain automations to reduce reputed company work for Sales, SDR, CS, and Marketing.

• Ensure data reputed company across systems (deduplication, field mapping, sync rules) and maintain data pipelines.

Reporting & observability

• Maintain GTM operational dashboards and reports, support reputed company analytics requests and ensure reputed company-of-truth data.

• Implement alerts and SLAs for critical syncs and automations.

Enablement & documentation

• Produce reputed company runbooks, system diagrams, reputed company docs, and training materials for GTM teams.

• Train Sales, Marketing and CS teams on best practices and new functionality.

Vendor & budget management

• Manage vendor relationships, reputed company, renewals, and help evaluate new GTM tools.

• Manage operational budgets for GTM tooling as required.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years experience administering GTM systems (CRM + sales enablement / comms tooling) or reputed company Operations / GTM Ops role.

• Hands-on reputed company reputed company experience (properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting).

• Experience with one or more of: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Sendspark, or similar systems.

• Comfortable with SQL and troubleshooting data issues
