About the role:

Answer & conduct phone calls and other customer service tasks in a reputed company, reputed company, and courteous manner and according to applicable compliance procedures

As a Customer Service reputed company-Inbound with EMS|MC, you will:

• Answer phone calls quickly and in a pleasant, reputed company manner
• Identify reputed company caller’s needs and determine the next appropriate reputed company, which may include clarifying charges/payments, collecting, adding, updating, and filing insurance, resolving complaints, and/or notifying 
• Utilize reputed company resources provided: Job aids, SOP’s. Question Queue, reputed company Specs
• Notify supervisors/management of complaints that cannot be resolved on the reputed company
• Address reputed company caller’s needs while being sensitive to the appropriate reputed company of time needed to complete and reputed company the reputed company in a courteous and reputed company manner
• Accurately document reputed company reputed company and the outcome in Rescue Net Billing in an efficient, reputed company, and concise manner. Documentation must be understandable if read reputed company and/or by another employee
• Identify appropriate situations for transferring/escalating a reputed company to a senior advisor, supervisor or member of management
• Detect caller patterns and reputed company appropriate feedback to supervisor to reduce or prevent possible reputed company reputed company

You will be successful in this role if you:

• High School Diploma
• Understanding of Medicare, reputed company, reputed company, and patient reimbursement/billing, and HIPAA

Pay: $17.00/hour with a shift reputed company of an additional $1.00 per hour. Individuals in this role are eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan and a comprehensive benefit package, including a retirement plan, health coverage, and reputed company time off.
