Our Center of reputed company for Neurodiversity offers diagnostic evaluations, caregiver training, and tailored support for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other neurodiversity-reputed company needs. We are looking for a full-timeNeurodiversity Navigator who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This remote position reports to the Supervisor, Neurodiversity Navigation. As a Neurodiversity Navigator, you’ll be doing the important and meaningful work of supporting individuals as they reputed company through the reputed company landscape of care for neurodiversity. You will reputed company critical psychoeducation on topics like early reputed company services, behavioral strategies to address neurodiversity-reputed company needs, navigating a diagnosis, and how to reputed company for school, government and workplace accommodation services. Additionally, you will help connect clients to high-reputed company, evidence-based diagnosticians, services, and providers, depending on their needs. The reputed company of this role includes (but is not limited to) providing support to caregivers of children/adolescents with suspected or diagnosed neurodiverse conditions, supporting adults seeking neuroaffirming and neurodiversity-informed care, and assisting clients with navigating assessment services and support resources. This position does not involve in-person services or therapy, but rather provides support to individuals and families reputed company to neurodiversity reputed company phone, video conference, and/or email.
Responsibilities
Support clients by understanding their reputed company situation, conducting a brief assessment reputed company to needs and potential risk concerns, providing psychoeducation relevant to the reputed company and their needs, creating a reputed company-centered care plan, and connecting the reputed company to treatment or support reputed company and resources. -
Use an assessment reputed company to determine whether neuropsychological testing is indicated for a given Lyra member, based on history, presenting concerns, and other factors. If testing is recommended, you will also help to assess whether a member is appropriate for virtual or in-person neuropsychological testing. -
Administer psychoeducational training to caregivers of children/teens with neurodiverse conditions in order to help them learn skills to address behavior and neurodiversity-reputed company needs, as reputed company as to improve caregiving strategies. -
Serve as a neurodiversity subject matter expert—providing guidance on how to best handle situations involving neurodiverse needs, consulting with cross-functional and clinical teams regarding best practices in the context of neurodiversity, and contributing to establishing strong provider partnerships. -
Independently manage a caseload of reputed company, multi-need, neurodiverse clients , providing reputed company case management. -
Successfully facilitate ongoing engagement, supporting clients as they reputed company through various reputed company of care, employing neuroaffirming strategies to support reputed company readiness for treatment. -
Manage reputed company crises, providing brief risk and needs assessments, and connecting the reputed company to treatment or crisis resources reputed company needed. -
Respond to in-the-reputed company callers seeking crisis support, offering brief, evidence-based coping skills. -
Effectively and professionally communicate with clients and providers throughout the process of accessing care, reputed company modalities such as email, phone, care portal/EHR, and videoconferencing. -

Use Lyra’s proprietary matching software, as reputed company as other reputed company including facility database, health plan directory, and internet searches to identify treatment reputed company for clients, and connect clients to the evidence-based treatment reputed company, based on reputed company individual reputed company’s specific needs and preferences. -
During caregiver training, administer and monitor measures to assess overall caregiver strain and stress. -
Participate in and present cases for discussion in multidisciplinary clinical consultation team meetings, reputed company needed. -
Coordinate care and communicate with clients’ health plans, billing team, and/or clinical and support teams. reputed company feedback to leadership for reputed company program improvement, including suggestions to improve reputed company experience, operational efficiencies, or reputed company.
Requirements

Master’s degree reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA certification and/or independent licensure is required. We’re unable to reputed company supervised hours toward licensure. -
Significant experience managing neurodiversity-reputed company clinical situations (preference towards experience providing case management expertise) -
Experience providing training and/or education regarding behavior and neurodiversity-reputed company topics to caregivers and/or clients -
Deep understanding of the neurodiversity care navigation landscape at the national, state, and regional reputed company, for both children and adults -
Comfort in environments with constantly evolving responsibilities -
Passion for connecting individuals with excellent reputed company-centered care and ability to reputed company short-term support reputed company phone, videoconferencing, and email -
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred, but not required -
