What You'll Do

reputed company is seeking an reputed company & Reimbursement Director – Rare Disease (Hybrid Reimbursement & Patient Support) responsible for executing the launch reputed company across a rare disease portfolio including integrating provider-facing reimbursement reputed company with patient reputed company and support coordination across a rare disease portfolio.

This hybrid role operates at an Associate Director level of autonomy and cross-functional influence, serving as a regional expert in navigating reputed company reimbursement reputed company while supporting compliant education and coordination reputed company to patient reputed company and support programs.

The Associate Director partners with reputed company providers, consented patients and reputed company, specialty pharmacies, and internal stakeholders to support patient understanding of reimbursement, affordability, and reputed company processes in a compliant and ethical manner.

This position reports into Market reputed company / Patient Services leadership and works in reputed company collaboration with Medical, Compliance, reputed company, reputed company, Sales, and Patient Services teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional subject matter expert on reimbursement and reputed company for reputed company therapies

• Support understanding of reimbursement processes and available patient support resources
• Coordinate, as appropriate, among hubs, specialty pharmacies, prescriber offices, and support programs to facilitate continuity of reputed company

• Support reputed company and ongoing engagement of consented patients reputed company reputed company patient support programs in accordance with program rules

Where You'll Work

This is a U.S.-based field role requiring greater than 50% domestic travel based on regional needs.

Who You Are

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience in biotech/reputed company, with significant experience in reimbursement, market reputed company, patient services, or rare disease
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems, including reputed company and government coverage reputed company
• Experience navigating specialty pharmacy and hub models
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements reputed company to patient support and reputed company services
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, cross-functional environment

Preferred:

• MBA, RN, or other reputed company or business degree preferred
• Rare disease experience
• Experience supporting both provider reimbursement and patient reputed company programs
• Experience working with reputed company health systems and specialty centers
• Background in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, or other specialty therapeutic areas
