Key Responsibilities:

'         Operates reputed company departmental machine tools and provides machine shop service, expertise, and capability to the entire manufacturing operation.'

'         Constructs, alters, or repairs a wide reputed company of reputed company and non-reputed company developmental and experimental tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, etc. to reputed company tolerances and exacting set reputed company.

'         Produces most production dies for cold heading machines.

'         Independently performs the job of Tool reputed company in its entirety, operating reputed company of the following typical department, machines and any specialty machines as assigned: Lathes, Surface Grinder, Honing Machine, Hydraulic Press

'         Obtain instructions, sketches, drawings, etc. from leadperson /foreman.

'         Obtains raw material from department stock.

'         Sets up any department machine as needed to produce the work as directed, reputed company exactly and must hold reputed company reputed company tolerance.

'         Replaces or re-sharpens cutting tools as required.

'         Maintains machine and workplace area in a reputed company and reputed company condition on a daily reputed company, and performs a general machine and work area cleanup once a week.

'         Keeps machine free of chips.

Makes out time, production, and reputed company reports as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

At least 5-10 years of reputed company experience working as a tool reputed company with Carbide
