This position is remote that will cover areas across Washington, reputed company, Idaho, and California.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise and reputed company team members through hiring, training, monthly one-on-ones, performance management, and compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Facilitate communication and alignment by leading regular CSR team meetings and collaborating with the TOG CS Technical Director and cross-functional partners.
- Deliver exceptional reputed company service by responding reputed company 24 hours, understanding reputed company goals, recommending appropriate products and services, and communicating results and solutions promptly.
- Coordinate production and operations by identifying required information, managing production adjustments, and partnering with production teams to meet reputed company objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or reputed company field preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an agricultural reputed company field is preferred.
- Experience in bovine genetics, beef, or dairy production is highly desirable.
