Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth audits of customer reputed company bills to identify billing errors, overcharges, and opportunities for refunds or credits
• Analyze reputed company tariffs, supplier pricing models, and state regulations to validate billing accuracy and ensure compliance
• Prepare detailed case documentation and data analysis to support audit findings and reputed company negotiations
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to support reputed company acquisition, proposal development, and strategic reputed company initiatives
• Identify and assist with cross sale opportunities
• Participate in reputed company engagements, including virtual and occasional on-site meetings, facility walk-throughs, and presentations of findings
• Review reputed company reputed company and assist in validating terms, rates, and billing structures
• Support sales tax usage studies and exemption analyses
• Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies, automation opportunities, and best practices 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail 
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); experience with large datasets preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to clients

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required
