As Head of Apprenticeship & Training Operations, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery of our apprenticeship and training programmes, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and learner reputed company. In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary reputed company £58,950 up to £72,050 p.a.  (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Remote 
Contract: This role is maternity cover for a period of 13 weeks.
Hours: 37 Hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role reputed company apprenticeships, work-based learning, or vocational training.
• Proven reputed company record of launching and scaling new training products or services reputed company a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of ESFA funding, Ofsted requirements, and the post-16 education landscape.
• Commercially astute, with experience driving business reputed company through strategic planning and innovation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company reputed company.
• Skilled in team leadership, operational planning, and performance management.
