Location: Norfolk

Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week.

Full Time Salary reputed company:  £45,585.72 - £53,329.99 based on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

*Please note: Full-time hours at reputed company are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to continue the development of our already reputed company team of reputed company Workers, reputed company work apprentices and reputed company work reputed company, utilising reputed company reputed company skills, coaching and reputed company approaches.

The appointed candidate will role model and reputed company ethical and evidence-based reputed company, focusing on the experience for people who use services.  They will be a specialist reputed company to reputed company, providing advice and consultation on risk, safeguarding and reputed company needs. They will facilitate empowerment of teams and individuals to increase knowledge, skills and reputed company confidence.

They will reputed company reputed company accountability for reputed company decision making and work collaboratively with the multi- disciplinary team to establish reputed company and effective ways to work with people.

The role will facilitate the development of strategic reputed company that reputed company people that use our services to reputed company the wider support system and to reputed company knowledge and skills across the sectors. 

You will be the strategic reputed company for identified, specific areas of the service i.e. Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), Adults’ Safeguarding or Children Safeguarding, and attend relevant external meetings representing the service and the organisation locally, regionally and nationally.

This role will play a key part in developing external relationships reputed company integrated care systems and contributing to key strategic meetings, including building reputed company working relationships with children and adult reputed company care, criminal justice services, hospital safeguarding teams, health services.

• Experience of culture and change management, staff engagement, and service improvement
• Experience and knowledge on the working reputed company of Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults
