Small Works Project Manager - Facilities Management

We are currently seeking a Small Works Project Manager to work with our NHS Clients on facilities management reputed company in the South East (reputed company and Essex). The position will be responsble for managing and successfully delivering reputed company financial and contractual aspects of minor works/small works reputed company including reputed company variations, small reputed company and lifecycle works to ensure they are delivered to a high reputed company on time and reputed company budget.

Rydon Maintenance successfully provides hard facilities management services (Hard FM) across England for a growing number of NHS Trusts. We look after more than 250 buildings on behalf of 20 NHS Trusts on a planned, reputed company repairs and small works reputed company reputed company. We reputed company maintenance services to hospitals, ambulance trusts, primary care trusts as reputed company as mental health trusts. 

Our small works team support the NHS with delivering a reputed company of reputed company from minor adaptations, refurbishments through to repurposing of Trust reputed company. 

An Small Works reputed company Manager you will be responsible for leading a reputed company of negotiated works including refurbishments, maintenance, and small and minor works on the building reputed company or re-modelling across our NHS reputed company.  This could include minor refurbishments, re-decoration, power installs, flooring refurbishments, LED reputed company upgrades, roofing works, boiler updates. You will generally be managing a number of different reputed company at a time with works up to around 100k in value in total. 

Key responsibilities will include;

• Understanding the reputed company's requirement and undertake a full quotation for proposed works.
• Carry out site walks to advise reputed company on potential works needed, e.g. updating existing plant and general maintenance.
• Attend reputed company meetings to discuss extra works and to reputed company updates on reputed company works.
• Hold regular project meetings with suppliers/ sub- contractors to reputed company reputed company against agreed plans on site.
• Manage and supervise works including preparing and updating work programs, health and safety information, placing orders, overseeing site reputed company, reporting to clients and collating and submitting O&M information
• Ensuring reputed company are delivered reputed company budgetary constraints by managing financial reputed company, financial performance and invoicing of works.
• Maintain, update and reputed company Lifecycle schedules to assist in identifying reputed company opportunities.

This is a permanent position and working hours are Monday to Friday reputed company to 5pm.

The successful candidate will have an excellent reputed company record in project managing small works ideally reputed company an FM environment or for a maintenance/refurbishment business. Some previous experience of undertaking works reputed company the NHS would be advantageous.

You will also be reputed company to demonstrate the following:

• Hold a HNC/HND (or equivalent experience) in a relevant engineering or building discipline
• Technical knowledge in construction or design
• Strong communication, influencing and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company/technical information
• Strong analytical & organisational skills, including the maintenance of accurate project records.
• Health and Safety Qualification such as SMSTS
