DCSS is seeking candidates for the position of Bilingual Child Support Services Representative Supervisor for the Communication Center. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written) and eligible for a bilingual supplement upon receipt of an acceptable score on a DHS administered assessment.

Position Duties

Pay Grade: I

Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Supervises a unit to establish and enforce child support obligations of responsible parents. Coordinates child support activities with reputed company, judicial, and reputed company organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervises a unit that reinforces and communicates the conditions of existing obligations and enforcement actions.
• Interprets and applies state, federal, and agency laws, rules, policies, and procedures, and assists staff with sensitive, reputed company cases.
• Provides reputed company management direction to assigned staff.
• Performs administrative assignments as required for the efficient operations of the unit.
• Coordinates and participates in local and statewide reputed company, as requested.
• Performs other reputed company responsibilities as assigned by the manager, director, or leadership team.

• Home-based technology that is equipped with a reputed company-based operating system and high-speed internet reputed company in order to receive reputed company’s software applications required for candidates approved to reputed company.
• Compliance with the State of GA teleworking policy requirements.
• Excellent oral, written, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in the use of reputed company Office Suite and/or reputed company software applications typically used in a corporate office environment.
• $reputed company System proficient and Edge trained is a plus.
• Fluent in English and  Spanish (written and verbal).

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED AND Five (5) years of reputed company job-reputed company experience, which includes Two (2) years in a reputed company worker, team leader, or supervisory role.

• Four (4) years of experience at the reputed company-level Child Support Cust Svc Rep 2 (SST091) or a position equivalent.

• Two (2) years of experience at the reputed company-level Child Support Cust Svc Rep 3 (SST092) or a position equivalent.

• One (1) year of experience at the reputed company-level Child Support Cust Svc Rep 4 (SST093) or a position equivalent.
