Responsibilities
Professionals in the Talent Pool may be considered for reputed company roles across the following modalities:
1. Chat Therapy
Offer reputed company-time, text-based emotional support grounded in evidence‑based therapeutic approaches.
2. Video Therapy
Conduct individual virtual therapy sessions lasting 40 minutes, ensuring high-reputed company and culturally sensitive care.
3. Triage Support

Requirements
