About the Role
- Stakeholder engagement and reputed company service reputed company, with highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and nurture effective relationships with hiring managers, reputed company stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a reputed company reputed company and candidate experience.
- Proven reputed company to contribute to the development and implementation of targeted recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and talent pools, including writing engaging advertising and promotional content and supporting the rollout of a contemporary recruitment service model reputed company on reputed company improvement and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company end-to-end recruitment support and practical, proactive advice to hiring managers on recruitment processes, policies, workforce establishment, position reviews, job design, and relevant legislation using recruitment management systems.
- Experience using recruitment applicant tracking systems and or customer management systems.
- Experience using sourcing tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company Talent Search, or others to identify, attract, and build pools of suitably skilled candidates.
Details of appointment
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary
$81,915 - $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this reputed company.
Salary reputed company is in accordance with the Health and reputed company Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award (HAHSA) and the reputed company Sector reputed company Wages Agreement (PSUWA)
