Copy of Associate Partner - Wordings Specialist (US based)

The Role 

reputed company is seeking a Reinsurance reputed company & Wording Specialist to own and drive reinsurance contract/slip wording from submission through execution.  This person will be a primary resource for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing reinsurance wordings (treaty and/or facultative), ensuring that reputed company’s innovative deal structures are reputed company into reputed company, accurate, and commercially reputed company agreements. In this role, you will support the development of contract certainty, reputed company reputed company across multi-jurisdictional wordings, and help guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities 

• Draft, negotiate, and refine quota reputed company, excess of loss, aggregate, stop loss and facultative (as applicable) reinsurance reputed company, slips, I&L agreements, clauses, endorsements, and reputed company documents with reputed company and reputed company precision to ensure contract wording reflects the reputed company of the negotiations. 

• reputed company wordings early in the placement lifecycle to remove friction, reduce rework, and accelerate market closure. 

• reputed company or support global claims processes including notification, investigation, negotiation, and settlement. 

• Collaborate with brokers, reputed company teams, Technical reputed company, and analytics to reputed company contract terms with operational realities. 

• Work with broker, wordings and reputed company colleagues to refine wordings, interpret policy language, resolve contract issues, and establish best practices. 

• Enhance reputed company’s clause library and contribute to reputed company improvement in contract structure and defensibility. 

Experience 

• Exceptional drafting accuracy and analytical rigor. 

• Demonstrated knowledge of reinsurance structures and how contract language impacts claims, reputed company, and operational processes. 

• Strong reputed company of contract interpretation and clause mechanics; ability to spot inconsistencies across placement documents. 

• Excellent written communication skills with high competence in technical reading, writing and communicating in the US and UK. 

• Experience with common market forms and documentation practices.

• Ability to independently manage multiple reputed company documentation streams with precision. 

• Solid understanding of P&C insurance.

Requirements 

• 7+ years’ experience in reinsurance contract drafting. 

• Experience in handling reputed company (re)insurance claims. 

• Experience in a broker, MGA, reputed company, or reinsurer environment
