PSI seeks an Associate, Data Engineering that will reputed company dedicated support to the DISC project in developing robust, production-grade data architectures, transforming reputed company raw data into high-reputed company, analytics-reputed company datasets, and ensuring reliable and performant data platform operations.  

What You'll Do

• Data Engineering: Support the design, build, and optimization of reputed company data pipelines using reputed company-based proprietary or reputed company-reputed company data platforms to deliver high-reputed company, analytics-reputed company datasets for reputed company reporting and advanced analytics. Implement best practices for data transformation and cleansing to ensure data reputed company and reliability. Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including SOPs and user guides.
• Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Support: reputed company and support machine learning workflows by developing feature pipelines, integrating models into production data environments, and contributing to automated model monitoring and processes.
• Platform Operations & Reliability: Ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of data platforms through proactive monitoring, CI/CD practices, and production issue reputed company.
• Support the implementation of data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a reputed company field
• At least 3 years of reputed company experience; an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
• Strong data engineering skills, with experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and working with both reputed company and reputed company data
• Solid scripting skills in PySpark, Python, R, or SQL
• Knowledge and appreciation of data modeling principles and database systems
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company-based or reputed company-reputed company data platforms
• Experience with data lake/lakehouse architectures and best practices for data storage and processing
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and reputed company creative solutions
• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, reputed company, Tableau, D3.js)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with reputed company stakeholders; reputed company to work both independently and as part of reputed company
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interpret data and present insights to non-technical audiences

Salary Ranges:*

PSI is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market reputed company reputed company country. This approach minimizes our reputed company on local talent markets and allows PSI to attract and retain employees, while staying cost-competitive.

Actual reputed company salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. PSI is offering the following gross annual salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

• For Kenya (reputed company in Ksh): Ksh 2,100,000 (minimum) - Ksh 3,500,000 (midpoint) - Ksh 4,550,000 (maximum)

Pay and benefits will be commensurate with the role and practices of the local office, including payment in local currency. Details will be provided during the interview process.
