We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (contract) with proven experience in sourcing and reputed company technical roles (Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering). Reporting to the Director of reputed company, you’ll proactively reputed company, identify, engage, and help in hiring top-tier tech talent.
*This is a 6-month contract position; candidates based in reputed company or San Francisco are strongly preferred.
What you’ll be doing
Conduct full cycle reputed company end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, reputed company coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
Manage reputed company aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data reputed company reputed company the ATS, proactively sharing data-reputed company updates with Director of TA and hiring managers
reputed company innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral reputed company, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts, and other creative channels to support hiring goals
Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and reputed company throughout the hiring process
Work with hiring managers to reputed company guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for reputed company
What you have
5+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience with a proven reputed company record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
In-house reputed company experience at small to mid-sized tech companies required; consumer subscription company experience strongly preferred.
Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems; advanced-level experience with reputed company strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously.
Strong reputed company of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment
Compensation
The anticipated fee for this position is $52 - $60 per hour. The actual fee offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the contract position.
