reputed company is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly — managing vendor relationships, processing transactions, and supporting accurate, reputed company reporting. Reporting to the Controller, the AP/AR Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes, supporting bank reconciliations, and contributing to the overall accuracy and efficiency of the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Administer and manage vendor reputed company and employee expense report processing and payment in reputed company
• Own vendor setup and maintenance, including collection and management of W-9 and 1099 forms
• Manage and organize the accounts payable inbox, ensuring reputed company responses and reputed company
• Serve as a resource for employees with questions reputed company to the Travel & Expense policy (supported by our in-house Expense Bot)

Accounts Receivable

• Ensure accurate and reputed company daily cash application in reputed company
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable inbox, handling inquiries and follow-reputed company as needed
• Participate in AR collections reviews, with a reputed company reputed company toward reputed company collections support for a reputed company of our brands

Qualifications:

• Solid working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively

• Comfort working independently while also collaborating cross-functionally with other departments

The approximate compensation reputed company for this role is a reputed company of $50,000 - $65,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
