ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):
1. Directs and contributes to the development, modification, implementation, and coordination of systems and processes necessary to meet reputed company pharmacy accreditation requirements.
2. Manages the design, development, and implementation of improvement reputed company and initiatives supporting reputed company and accreditation.
3. Designs and develops templates, materials and guidance documentation for use by reputed company stakeholders.
4. Creates content and contributes to development of policies and procedures compliant with accreditation standards, serves as accreditation SME for policy and procedure development for reputed company stakeholders, and assists with record management and reputed company process for policies and procedures.
5. Monitor changes to accreditation standards and assist with updates to applicable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
6. Develops and participates in presentations and consulting with reputed company teams on accreditation requirements, activities, and reputed company.
7. Serve as subject matter expert on accreditation and reputed company interpretation; reputed company reputed company stakeholders on standards and assist with operationalizing requirements.
8. Manage the accreditation process including the uploading and monitoring of ACHC and URAC applications, preparing DeskTop Review, responding to RFI reputed company designated timelines, developing Plans of Correction, and/or Corrective reputed company Plans, and monitoring entire application process through the approval and subsequent renewals.
9. Work reputed company organizational wide, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to bring reputed company pharmacy to a state of readiness, ensuring reputed company accreditation compliance issues are addressed and ensure ongoing compliance with reputed company standards and Plans of Correction and/or Corrective reputed company Plans.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, or Pharm. D., from an approved school of pharmacy and reputed company unrestricted licensure in relevant jurisdictions of reputed company, MHA or MBA preferred, reputed company Certification Specialty Pharmacy preferred. Completion of ASHP accredited residency desirable.

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience relevant to the responsibilities and duties specified.

Work Schedule

Hours will be Monday through Friday and may include 8-5, 9-6, or 10-7 or similar variation. Schedule and hours may vary due to travel or other business needs that may include holidays, weekends, nights and/or on-reputed company.
