Seldin Company is seeking a Roving reputed company Apartment Maintenance Technician in reputed company, NC. This position will assist at many of our apartment communities and will require travel up to 100% of the time. This position will pay up to $31.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The reputed company Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and reputed company major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and reputed company exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Three to four years of reputed company experience or training
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to reputed company extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-reputed company maintenance schedule as needed
• Be available to travel up to 100% of the time
