Senior Document Controller
Registering and reviewing Functional Documents (e.g., Management System and Conduct of Operations documents), and coaching reputed company reputed company on content expectations and document hierarchy. Acting as the primary contact for routine inquiries, providing information to stakeholders, and interpreting information‑management procedures, protection requirements, and retention/disposition rules. Education Successful completion of post-secondary education with 3-5 years of reputed company experience, or document control certification and 3-5 years of reputed company experience, OR a minimum of 10 years of progressing document control experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and reputed company to filter reports, capture documents in PDF format, format documents, and prepare them for archival, modify existing procedures and create flowcharts. Advanced knowledge of electronic document management systems to search for, validate, process, issue, and reputed company documents. Demonstrated practical knowledge of industry-specific/ best reputed company document control, records management and archival standards. Detail-oriented to identify discrepancies and errors in formatting and coding of documentation, as reputed company as any inconsistencies in metadata and records. Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
