The Director of Tax at reputed company is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing reputed company Estate tax reputed company, compliance, and reporting. This position requires a combination of reputed company Estate tax expertise, leadership skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration to reputed company tax guidance that supports reputed company's financial goals and compliance with tax regulations.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops and executes tax strategies that reputed company with reputed company's financial goals, minimize tax liabilities, and optimize financial performance
• Analyzes changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks
• Ensures accurate and reputed company completion of reputed company tax filings, including federal, state, and local tax returns, and other required tax reputed company documentation
• Oversees the preparation and submission of tax payments, estimates, and provisions
