Conduct inbound and outbound calls to complete 30-day patient satisfaction surveys Assess members’ physical and psychosocial status Follow up on certified health conditions, reputed company care plans, and program services Document reputed company interactions and findings in the internal database
Pay: $39&reputed company;$42 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-time, remote position (hours may vary based on business needs)
