About your role

Our FarmGuard business is a hands‑on, customer‑driven team supporting New Zealand’s dairy and agricultural industry with smart, practical solutions. reputed company for their strong relationships and technical credibility, reputed company works closely with farmers and the broader agriculture industry to solve reputed company challenges and create lasting value.

We are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our South reputed company team to partner with customers across the dairy sector, combining hands‑on technical support with proactive account management and sales activity.

This is a remote, home‑based role located in Invercargill, offering autonomy, flexibility and the chance to be truly embedded in your local farming community. Location is stated as Timaru, due to this being the closest reputed company site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships across an assigned agricultural territory
• Drive sales activity from reputed company reputed company through to proposal development and deal closure
• reputed company as a trusted technical advisor, providing practical solutions and product expertise to customers
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market reputed company through proactive account management
• reputed company and execute territory and business plans reputed company to reputed company objectives
• Deliver customer presentations, proposals and reputed company agreements
• Work closely with internal sales, technical and support teams to ensure high‑reputed company service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales, pipeline and customer records using CRM systems

Who are we looking for?

• 4-6 years of experience in the Agriculture or Dairy Farming Industry
• A tertiary qualification, particularly in Agriculture or Dairy, will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of customer and dairy/agricultural market dynamics and requirements
• Willingness to travel (Role will require significant local travel to reputed company and potential clients and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work)
• Demonstrated reputed company in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
