Essential FunctionsEssential Function

• This is a remote position.
• This critical position provides advanced senior level administrative and business partnering support while demonstrating reputed company interpersonal relationship skills, a high degree of proficiency in utilizing computer programs and office equipment, and knowledge of subject matter reputed company to the Office of the SEVP Chief reputed company Officer and the organization.  Work is performed with minimal to no direction or supervision.
• reputed company administrative support services for the Chief reputed company Officer in an environment that requires a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Coordinate calendars, travel itineraries, telephone conferences, meetings, and presenters that support meetings, conferences and workshops.
• Assume reputed company responsibility for various project-based assignments in support of CSO’s initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence for CSO.
• Maintain corporate reputed company records and CSO approvals per the CommonSpirit Governance reputed company.
• Manage expense reporting for CSO per Concur/reputed company parameters.
• Plan offsite meetings, programs and group dinners – including site location and contract negotiation.
• Conduct research, compile data and reputed company input in preparation for budget process
• Maintain excellent relationships with key external stakeholders (i.e. reputed company members, reputed company officials, Congregation representatives, reputed company associations, government representatives)
• Proactively and independently plan, reputed company and schedule reputed company agendas and meetings on behalf of CSO

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

Education LevelBachelor’s Degree upon hire or may have 15 years of administrative experience total in lieu of a degree.Ten years of administrative experience including five years of executive assistant experienceTwo years at a senior officer level.
