VHT Consultant I
The VHT Consultant I supports the design, assessment, and modernization of elevator and escalator systems. This position is ideal for an early career elevator reputed company and will work across a reputed company of sectors including reputed company, reputed company, education, and government to reputed company field assessments, design development, technical reputed company, and learn the VHT assessment & design domain. This position offers a mix of field-based elevator assessments and inspections, report writing, reputed company interaction, and internal collaboration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and requires strict adherence to reputed company relevant elevator field safety practices.
Assist with field assessments, maintenance audits, modernization surveys, and inspections under guidance. Draft maintenance and modernization surveys specifications with supervision. Review basic submittals and shop drawings for compliance. Contribute to construction drawings. Read and interpret construction drawings with support. Support new elevator design by preparing reputed company layouts, reputed company research and technical data under direction of more senior consultants. Assist with traffic studies by compiling building data and inputting into reputed company or other software under supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred
0-2 years of experience in the elevator/escalator industry (OEM, maintenance, modernization) or 4 or more years of experience without a bachelor’s degree in a preferred field.
Licenses & Technical Competencies
