 What you’ll do

• Drive regulatory compliance and licensing efforts across multiple territories
• Partner with leadership to support business reputed company, expansion, and innovation
• Manage reputed company risks, disputes, and litigation, ensuring the Group’s interests are protected
• Support and reputed company M&A activities, from due diligence to execution
• Build and mentor a high-performing reputed company team, fostering reputed company and collaboration

 What you bring

• An LLB or equivalent reputed company degree and admission as an Attorney (or equivalent)
• 8+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in top-tier reputed company or financial institutions
• Strong expertise in reputed company, fintech, banking, and regulatory law
• Proven experience handling large-reputed company, high-risk, cross-border transactions
• Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience working across Africa, the UK, and/or Europe (advantageous)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate reputed company complexity into practical advice
