Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Supervisor
Location: REMOTE
Pay: $54,400 to $81,600/ year depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Supervisor of Planning & Scheduling oversees the daily operations of the planning and scheduling team to ensure exceptional service delivery, efficient workflow, and high customer satisfaction. This role coaches and develops team members, monitors performance, resolves escalated issues, and drives process improvements that strengthen the overall customer experience. The position also partners with operations leadership to coordinate maintenance schedules that minimize downtime and prevent service disruptions, while ensuring work orders and preventive maintenance programs are executed accurately and on time through disciplined CMMS management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience. At least 2 years of reputed company experience in automated maintenance scheduling for reputed company systems, automated material handling, sortation equipment and facilities. Proficiency in reputed company Office and CMMS tools. Strong working knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and preventive/predictive maintenance practices.

Coordinate schedules to protect uptime: reputed company and coordinate maintenance schedules with operations leadership to minimize downtime and avoid service disruptions. Own CMMS work order execution: Supervise work order management in the CMMS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, prioritization, and reputed company closure; maintain ownership of critical or reputed company work orders. Maintain documentation and compliance readiness: reputed company equipment records, maintenance procedures, schedules, and compliance documentation accurate and up to date.
