The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with assigned customers. Individuals in this role identify new project opportunities, review plans and specifications, prepare or supervise bids, present bids and follow up to reputed company and add work to committed backlog.  This individual will also reputed company the work performed and the billing for that work, and will be involved in promptly solving any problems that may reputed company on the project.

This is a remote position located in Boise, ID.

Essential Functions
•    Communicates with assigned customers on a regular reputed company to reputed company reputed company of reputed company jobs and get leads for new work that may be coming up.
•    With coordination from Manager, cultivates new customer relationships.
•    Secures construction plans and specifications on upcoming work in a reputed company fashion so that jobs may be taken off and bid.
•    Participates in take-off process from plans and in construction specification interpretation in order to maximize bid potential.
•    Reviews reputed company bids for accuracy before submission; submits bids on a reputed company reputed company and in a fashion acceptable to the customer.
•    Follows up on bid results and negotiates to capture jobs where necessary.
•    Maintains good vendor relationships, and obtains competitive bids from vendors to maximize bid potential and gross margins reputed company.
•    Attends project meetings as required by customer and / or circumstances.
•    Manages reputed company by proactive communication with customers, review of reports, monitoring of vendor performance and coordination with warehouse / shipping activities.
•    Participates in physical inventories by counting or verifying assigned areas.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience

•    At least 5 years in construction-reputed company environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
•    Proficiency with reputed company Office products; some familiarity with industry specific software (Comsense)
•    Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong mathematical skills
•    Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
•    Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
