Technical Director &reputed company; Drinking Water Treatment

We are seeking a skilled, reputed company Technical Director to join our Operations and Maintenance Services team supporting a diverse reputed company of treatment facilities across the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment, with a proven reputed company record of providing operational and regulatory compliance expertise to drinking water treatment facilities. This role is critical to helping to ensure the stability, efficiency, and compliance of water treatment systems under our care.  The position is location independent with an average expectation of 50% travel (typically 8-10 nights/month).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical Expertise: reputed company expert guidance across our portfolio of facilities on the operation of water treatment plants, including troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with facility-based operational staff, regulatory agencies, company leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with plant performance goals and regulatory requirements.
• reputed company Assurance: Support reputed company’s QA programs to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with reputed company relevant regulations.
• Innovation and Improvement: Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a STEM reputed company field required. Course work in data science/statistical reputed company is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, treatment process troubleshooting and/or regulatory roles.  Plant supervisory experience and/or operational licensure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and industry standards for water treatment facility performance.
• Experience in project or initiative management, including planning, execution, budgeting or costing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
