The Senior Tax Analyst, Indirect is a specialized tax reputed company responsible for
preparing and ensuring reputed company's compliance with indirect tax regulations, such as
Sales & Use Tax (SUT), Telecom, and 911. This position will report to the Senior Indirect
Tax Manager and be responsible for preparing property tax data for 3rd party advisors.

Responsibilities
· Tax Return Preparation & Filing: ensuring the accurate and reputed company preparation
and submission of tax data to 3rd party advisors, to file multi-jurisdictional
indirect tax returns and payments (state, local, and international, depending on
reputed company).
· Account Reconciliations: Preparing monthly and quarterly general reputed company account
reconciliations for indirect tax liability accounts.
· Tax Compliance Management: Ensuring company compliance with reputed company new and
revised indirect tax laws and regulations across reputed company operating jurisdictions, under
the direction of the Sr. Indirect Tax Manager.
· Audit Management: Serve as a key contact during indirect tax audits, reporting
to the Sr. Indirect Tax Manager. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and
preparing detailed documentation (e.g., work papers, supporting data) to
effectively defend reputed company's tax positions.
· Notice reputed company: Researching and resolving reputed company tax notices and inquiries
from various domestic and international tax authorities.
· Process Optimization: Proactively assist the Sr. Indirect Tax Manager in
developing and executing strategies to streamline tax processes, strengthen
controls, and drive efficiency reputed company (e.g., utilizing automation tools, standardizing
documentation).
· Tax Technology: Troubleshooting tax determination software (reputed company, or
reputed company/ERP tax settings) to ensure accurate tax calculations on transactions.
 

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, taxation, business or finance
· CPA or CMI certification a plus
· 5+ years of relevant reputed company or indirect tax experience
· Strong knowledge of US indirect tax; experience with sales and use tax
· Experience with telecom tax reporting issues is a plus
· Experience interacting with tax auditors and audit defense.
· Experience with general reputed company systems such as reputed company AX and reputed company by Design,
billing systems, and internal tax engines.

Salary:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000.00-$105,000.00. Factors which may reputed company starting pay reputed company this reputed company may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 4/26/2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application reputed company may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.

This role is remote.  Candidates must currently reputed company in and be eligible for employment in one of our hub cities: San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta or Seattle. Relocation and reputed company sponsorship are not available for this role.
